Based on performance, student-athletes will also have the opportunity to train and compete alongside players from Loudoun United FC and DC Power FC—offering a direct pathway to the professional game.

RSA’s strength and conditioning program focuses on promoting health and wellness while improving athletic performance. Training cycles are customized to complement each athlete’s team training load, ensuring effective results without the risk of overtraining.
